Heard Mr. B. Baruah, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. P. K. Kalita, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.
The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking substitution of the legal representatives of the respondent in the connected CRP No. 370/2013 who died on 05.10.2015.
It further reveals that the application has been filed within time, and accordingly, the names of the legal representatives of the original respondent whose names appeared in the Paragraph No. 3 of the instant application are substituted.
Registry is directed to make necessary changes in the cause title of the revision application by substituting the name of the original respondent in the connected revision application with that of the names as appeared in Paragraph No.3 of the instant application.
The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
