Shri M. Talukdar, learned counsel submits that though he was appearing for the respondent no. 5, he has been recently informed that his client has passed away.
On such submission, Shri P.K. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the entire cause of action was against the said respondent no. 5, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
