None appears for the petitioner on call.
The petitioner while serving as Chief Manager in the Fancy Bazar Branch of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank was alleged to have found sanctioned undeserving loans to various borrowers and considering that the bank norms were violated a show cause notice was issued to him on 05.01.2015. Thereafter, a regular enquiry was held. The enquiry findings were to the effect that all charges were proved. Thereafter, the Chairman of the Bank on 26.09.2016 has ordered for dismissal of the petitioner under the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (Officers & Employees) Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
Be that as it may, none appeared for the petitioner, on call, on 16.09.2019 and thereafter, on 26.10.2021. Today also, the petitioner is not represented when the matter was called.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
