Heard Mr. P. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Kaushik, learned Standing counsel, Elementary Education Department for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Also heard Mr. B. Choudhury, learned Standing counsel, BTC for the respondent Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 and Mr. S. U. Ahmed, learned counsel for the respondent No.7.
In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.01.2020 whereby the Director of Education, BTC allowed the respondent No.7 to be in-charge Headmaster of Kacharidag ME School in the Khairabari Education Block of Udalguti District.
During pendency of this writ petition, the said respondent No.7 has been promoted to the post of Headmaster of said Kacharidag ME School.
In view of the above, this writ petition being infructuous stands closed.
