In this petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 14.03.2017 regarding reverting the petitioner back to his original place of posting at No.531 Bhomrabil L.P. School as Assistant Teacher.
It is stated that the petitioner had retired from service in the meantime upon attaining the age of superannuation and therefore, no further adjudication is required.
In view of the above, writ petition stands closed.
Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
