It is noticed that the respondent No.1 is arrayed as the Union of India

represented by Pharmacy Council of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. On fact, there no such respondent exists and in view of such major mistake in the array of respondents, we are unable to proceed any further because notice cannot be served either on the Union of India or Pharmacy Council of India to be represented by the appropriate authority.
Mr. K.A. Mazumder, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.
Prayer allowed. Liberty granted.
