Heard Mr. B. Ramchiary, learned counsel for the appellants as well as Mr. K. Gogoi, learned Standing counsel, Higher Education Department, Assam, appearing for the State respondents.
Mr. Ramchiary, after arguing for some time, has made a statement before this court that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal with a liberty to file review petition before the learned Single Judge.
In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As far the prayer for granting liberty to file review petition is concerned, it is always the right of the parties to file for a review.
