Heard Mr. P.J. Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. M. Kechi, learned counsel for the respondent, who has produced a copy of the order dated 10.02.2021 passed by the learned SDJM, Biswanath Chariali in connection with the CR (DV) No. 194/2019 between the petitioner and the respondent.

From the said order, it appears that both the parties had filed joint Petition No. 369, supported by an affidavit for disposing of the said proceeding on the basis of mutual settlement between them. Accordingly, the said learned Court had disposed of the said criminal proceeding on compromise.
A copy of the order dated 10.02.2021 passed by the learned SDJM, Biswanath Chariali and a copy of the joint petition supported by an affidavit of the parties are kept as a part of record.
Accordingly, the matter stands closed as infructuous.
