Heard Ms. N. Danggen, learned counsel for the applicants who seeks to be impleaded in the connected WP(C) 96(AP)/2020.
Also heard Shri R. Saikia, learned counsel for the writ petitioners/opposite parties as well as Shri S. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that they are necessary parties in the Writ Petition and accordingly, interest of justice would require that they be impleaded as party respondents in the writ petition.
After considering the facts and circumstances and the prayer which is not objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, the present IA is allowed
