This interlocutory application has been filed seeking impleadment of Dr. Ramananda Sinha, aged about 56 years, S/O Late Sudhir Chandra Sinha, R/O Subhaspally, Ward No. 3 of Kokrajhar Town, P.O. & P.S.- Kokrajha, District-Kokrajhar, BTC, Assam, Pin-783370 as respondent No. 4 in the connected Criminal Petition No. 553/2020.
Heard Mr. DP Mandal, learned counsel for the applicant.
Perused the application.
The learned counsel for the respondent, Mr. BD Das, learned senior counsel has no objection to the prayer.
Accordingly, the impleadment is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant shall take appropriate steps for impleading the respondent No. 4 in the connected case, referred to above, by hand.
This interlocutory application stands disposed of.
