By way of this application, the petitioner has sought for correction of the PS Case number in the order dated 24.11.2021, passed in AB No. 3889/2021, wherein the PS Case number is wrongly mentioned as “Dhakuakhana PS Case No. 226/2021”, instead of “Dhakuakhana PS Case No. 266/2021”, as the PS Case was inadvertently mentioned by the petitioner as such in the cause title of AB No. 3889/2021.
Having heard the submissions of learned counsel for both the sides, let the PS Case

number be now read as “Dhakuakhana PS Case No. 266/2021” and correction may also be done in the Cause Title of the main case. The petitioner is allowed further 10 days’ time to appear before the IO.
Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
This order shall form a part of the order dated 24.11.2021, passed in AB No. 3889/2021.
