This is an application for impleadment of the Chief Electrical Inspector, Assam as party respondent no. 6.

Heard Shri A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner, who submits that the parties sought to be impleaded is a necessary party whose presence would be necessary for a fair adjudication of this case.

Shri D. Bhattacharya, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL fairly submits that the prayer appears to be a bona fide one and he would not object to the same. Accordingly, the present I.A. is allowed by directing impleadment of the Chief Electrical Inspector/ Inspectors, Assam Inspectorate of Electricity, West End Block, 1^st Floor, Housefed Complex, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 as respondent no. 6.
