Heard Mr. A. Dasgupta, learned counsel appearing for the applicant in the I.A.(Civil) No. 428/2021 and for the petitioner in W.P.(C) No. 4717/2015.
It is submitted by Mr. A. Dasgupta that the bank under which the petitioner was working namely, United Bank of India has been amalgamated with the Punjab National Bank, therefore, the persons mentioned in the application are required to be impleaded as respondents for proper and conclusive adjudication of the issues involved in the writ petition. Hence, the application may be allowed so that the persons mentioned therein may be impleaded in the writ petition.
Mr. S. Dutta, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondents in the writ petition has no objection to the said prayer.
Considering the grievances of the petitioner sought to be addressed and the fact that the United Bank of India has been amalgamated with the Punjab National Bank, I am of the view that the persons sought to be impleaded are necessary party/parties. Therefore, the I.A. is allowed and disposed of.

Let notice be issued to the newly impleaded parties making the same returnable within 3 (three) weeks.
Mr. S. Dutta accepts notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondents, therefore, the petitioner need not take any further step for sending the notice. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall hand over adequate number of copies of the petition to Mr. Dutta during the course of the day.
Registry to do the needful and list W.P.(C) No. 4717/2015 after 3 (three) weeks.
