Heard Mr. P. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.Mozumdar, learned Counsel, appearing for respondent No. 3 in the connected Contempt Petition.

In view of order passed IA(C) No. 1898/2021 the sole Opp. Party therein is allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 14 in this contempt petition. Office shall carry out necessary correction in the cause title.

Let a notice be issued on respondent No.14 returnable on 24.01.2022.

Petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon respondent No. 14 by registered post with A/D.

Pendency of this contempt petition shall not be a bar to the respondent authority to comply with the order date 18.01.2019 passed in WP(C) No. 7804/2016.
