Heard Ms. K. Devi, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. R.B. Bora, learned counsel for the authorities under the Education Department of the BTC and Mr. B. Kaushik, learned counsel for the respondents in the Elementary Education Department of the Govt. of Assam.

In paragraph 4 of the order dated 05.04.2021 in WP(C) 2458/2021 it be read in the following manner:-

“As the materials on record reveals existence of a recommendation in favour of the petitioner, although the details thereof are not available, a direction is issued to the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Elementary Education Department to find out from the records the minutes of the DLC of Chirang district the petitioner was recommended which finds reference in the two communications of 30.10.2012 and 31.10.2012 as indicated above.”
