This contempt petition was instituted arraying Sri BK Nath, Former Director of Elementary Education, Assam and Sri Sanjiv Kumar Bhuyan, Director of Elementary Education, Assam who was holding the office when the contempt petition was filed.

It is stated that Sri Sanjiv Kumar Bhuyan is no longer holding the office of the Director of Elementary Education Assam and now the present incumbent is Dr. Bijoya Choudhury.

In view of the aforesaid factual situation, this interlocutory application has been filed for impleading Dr. Bijoya Choudhury, the present Director of Elementary Education, Government of Assam as the respondent contemnor No.4 in Cont.Cas(C)No.746/2015.

Accordingly, Dr. Bijoya Choudhury is impleaded as respondent contemnor No.4 in Cont.Cas(C)No.746/2015.

Registry to incorporate the necessary correction in the cause-title of Cont.Cas(C)No.746/2015.
