Heard Ms. N. Shyamal, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. P.D. Nair, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Cotton University, respondent no. 4.

This is an application for correction of typographical error which is crept in the order dated 11.11.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 1209/2018.

Considering the materials available on record, the error which is crept in the said order stands corrected, as follows:-

(i) The date of “21.05.2002” appearing in paragraph-3 of the said order dated

11.11.2020, shall now be read as “25.01.2002”.

¶31

(ii) The date of “21.05.2013” appearing in paragraph 4 of the said order shall now be read as “25.01.2013”.

(iii) The name of “Cotton College University” appearing paragraph 7 of the said order shall now be read as “Cotton University”. Accordingly, the word “college” appearing in between “Cotton College University” stands deleted.

(iv) The word “Cotton College State University” appearing in 4^th last line of paragraph 7 of the said order shall now be read as “Cotton University” by deleting the word “College State” therein.

(v) The date of “21.05.2013” appearing in paragraph 10 of the said order shall now be read as “25.01.2013”.

This order shall now be read as part of order dated 11.11.2020 passed in WP(C) 1209/2018.

With the direction as indicated above, this application for correction of the order dated 11.11.2020 in W.P. (C) 1209/2018 stands allowed.
