applicant, namely, Sri Siddheswar Rabha, praying for bail in connection with Rangjuli PS Case No.53/2021 (Corresponding to GR No.1722/2021) under Section 120(B)/364(A)/224/511/353/34 IPC, read with Section 25(1A) of the Arms Act, 1959 & Section 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act).
The applicant has been arrested on 08.09.2021.
Shri Khandakar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to subsequent development, he would not like to pursue with this bail application.
The prayer is not objecting to by Shri Sarma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The bail application is accordingly dismissed on withdrawal.
