Heard Mr. M. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State of Assam.
By this application under Section 439, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 [CrPC], the petitioner viz. Papul Hazarika has prayed for his release on bail in connection with Nagaon Police Station Case no. 1110/2021, registered under Sections 21(c)/25/29, Indian Penal Code [IPC].
Mr. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer [I.O.] of the case has submitted a charge sheet vide Charge Sheet no. 657/2021 dated 08.06.2021 under Section 173, CrPC.

In view of the submission of charge sheet in the case, Mr. Biswas has submitted that the petitioner will approach the learned jurisdictional trial court seeking regular bail. In view of the said submission of Mr. Biswas, this application stands closed.
