Heard Mr. N. Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. D. Nath, learned counsel representing respondent nos. 1 and 2. Ms. S. Kemprai, learned counsel appears for respondent nos. 3 to 7.
Mr. Anand submits that the relief prayed for has been granted although there may be an issue with regard to non-payment of that part between what has been paid and the revised amount to the petitioner since February, 2016. In so far as the present writ petition is concerned and having regard to the prayer made, Mr. Anand submits that the same has become infructuous. On the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as being rendered infructuous.
Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again if aggrieved of non-payment of any revised amount, as indicated above.
