Heard Mr. B.D. Das, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel for the writ petitioner. Also heard Mr. A. Das, learned standing counsel, AFDC who has produced a copy of the order dated 07-09-2020 issued by the Managing Director of the AFDC Ltd. cancelling the order of extension dated 21-03-2020 earlier granted in favour of the writ petitioner.
In view of this development, Mr. Das, learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh challenging the order dated 07-09-2020.
Prayer allowed.
This writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.
