After addressing the Court for some time, learned counsel for appellant contends that let the writ appeal be dismissed as withdrawn.
2. We have taken notice of the fact that against judgment dated 23.05.2018 rendered by learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.674/2018, which is subject matter of this writ appeal, the writ appellant approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by virtue of filing Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.20887/2018. The said appeal was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 20.08.2018 with liberty to the appellant to file writ appeal/letters patent appeal before the High Court.
We have also taken into account the fact that rather than filing writ appeal in terms of order dated 20.08.2018 (supra), the writ appellant preferred Review Petition No.179/2018. The Review Petition also was withdrawn and accordingly, by virtue of order dated 06.11.2018 was dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn on the statement of learned counsel for the appellant.
