4 had already taken a decision to adopt the pensionary scheme of the State Government and as such, the petitioner would be entitled to pensionary benefits which was not considered by this Court while disposing of the aforesaid writ petition i.e. WP(C) No.4751/2018 on 29.10.2018 and accordingly, has sought for review of this order.
