Heard Dr. Jitendra Gupta, representative for the New India Assurance Company Limited and Mr. Arup Rajbongshi, the claimant.
This is an appeal preferred by the claimant being aggrieved by the award of Rs. 19,500/- made by the MAC Tribunal No. 3 Kamrup Guwahati by judgement dated 29.05.2017 in MAC Case No. 1694/2009
The appeal is settled between the parties at total amount of Rs. 34,500/- out of which now an additional amount of Rs. 15,000/- will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the bank from the date of receipt of the bank details.
The claimant is permitted to submit the bank details to the Regional Office of the New India Assurance Company Limited, Lachit Nagar, within a period of 10 days from today.
The matter is disposed of, accordingly.
