Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner maintained no communication with the learned counsel since last more than one year and as such he is not in a position to submit the status as regard the case.
As it reflects that primarily the petitioner came before this Court challenging the order issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner by the learned court below and this Court has already allowed her to go on bail in the event of her arrest. As it appears that the case is of old pending being PRC Case No. 110/2011 under Section 307/436/34 IPC and by this time the case might have been disposed of.

As the petitioner has not pursued the matter before this Court since long, this Court deemed it fit to dispose of the matter without passing any effective order.
Accordingly, this matter is disposed of with an observation that in case of any grievance, the petitioner may approach before this Court if opted.
