On hearing the learned counsel for both the sides and on consideration of the grounds stated in the application, this Court is satisfied with the grounds for preferring appeal against the aforesaid Judgment and Order of acquittal.

Accordingly, leave is hereby granted to file appeal against the aforesaid impugned Judgment and Order.

Registry to register the connected criminal appeal and list the same.
