Mr. M. Phukan, learned Addl. P.P. Assam appearing for the opposite party No. 1 and Ms. P. Dasgupta, learned counsel representing opposite party No. 2 submit that they would not have any objection if the prayer made in the application is granted by this Court.

In view of the above and considering the statement made in the I.A. we are of the view that prayer made by the applicant should be accepted. As such, leave, as prayed for, stands granted.
