This interlocutory application has been filed seeking correction of the order, dated 29.11.2019 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1416/2019.
In the aforesaid order, this court has referred to the order, dated 12.12.2019 in respect of which quashment has been sought for. In fact, by this interlocutory application, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the order, dated 29.11.2019 passed in the aforesaid Criminal Revision Petition ought to have been 12.12.2018 which was also mentioned in the original petition.

This appears to be inadvertent in nature and therefore, the same being clerical in nature is corrected by this order. Therefore, wherever, the order, dated 12.12.2019 appears in the order, dated 29.11.2019 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1416/2019, the same be read as 12.12.2018 and the orders subsequent thereto.
In view of the correction of the mistake aforesaid, the petitioner is granted another 15 (fifteen) days time from today to appear before the learned court below in accordance with the order, dated 29.11.2019, referred to above.
Interlocutory application stands disposed of accordingly.
