Heard Mr. M. J. Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Mr. S.S. Roy, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the opposite party/respondent No. 3.

The petitioner, a Grade-IV Chowkidar at Sainik Rest House, Diphu, Karbi Anglong and has challenged his termination order dated 19.02.2015 issued by the Welfare Officer, Zila Sainik Office, Diphu, Karbi Anglong.

During pendency of writ petition No. 4347/2015, it was placed before the Court that the management of the said Rest House had been taken over by the Ex-serviceman Welfare Society, a registered Society.

This Court by its order dated 06.09.2018 passed earlier in WP(C) No. 4347/2015 directed the petitioner to file an appropriate application for impleadment of the said Welfare

Society as the party respondent in the said writ petition granting leave to him in that regard.

Accordingly, the petitioner filed this application for impleadment of Ex-serviceman Welfare Society represented by its concerned Secretary.

After hearing both the parties, this Court is of the view that the Ex-Serviceman Welfare Society is a necessary party for proper adjudication of said writ petition.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to implead the Ex-Serviceman Welfare Society represented by the Secretary as the party respondent No. 7 in the connected WP(C) No. 4347/2015.

In view of the above, this I.A. (C) stands allowed.
