Heard Ms. R.P. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Ms. K. Das, learned counsel representing respondent nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
This is an application seeking correction in the common order dated 05.02.2019 passed in a bunch of writ petitions, including WP(C)/7327/2018. Attention is drawn to the opening paragraph of the aforesaid common order dated 05.02.2019 where an inadvertent error occurred by describing WP(C)/7327/2018 as “WP(C)/7372/2018”.
It is seen from the available records that, indeed, an error had crept in in describing the said case number. Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application stands allowed by modifying the common order dated 05.02.2019 to the extent that the words and number “WP(C)/7372/2018” shall be read as “WP(C)/7327/2018”.
On the above modification and correction, the Interlocutory Application stands allowed and this order shall form part of the common order dated 05.02.2019.
