Heard Ms. A. Borah, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner and Mr. S.S. Roy, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the opposite party Nos. 1 to 4.
The applicant as petitioner filed WP(C) No.391/2020 which is still pending for disposal. While issuing notice to the respondents in said WP(C) No.391/2020 in the order dated 24.01.2020 in the second paragraph inadvertently it was typed as ‘petitioner’s husband’ a regular employee of Bilasipara Town Committee, Bilasipara which should have been ‘petitioner’s father’ who was a regular employee of Bilasipara Town Committee, Bilasipara.
By this application, the applicant/writ petitioner prays for correction of said typographical mistake.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the entire aspect of the matter, it is directed that in the order dated 24.01.2020 passed in WP(C) No.391/2020 in its second paragraph the words ‘petitioner’s husband’ shall now be read as ‘petitioner’s

This order shall form a part of the order dated 24.01.2020, passed in WP(C) No.391/2020.
This I.A.(C) is accordingly stands allowed.
