By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant is seeking impleadment in the connected writ petition. Dr. Ahmed submits that his client is one of the tenderers and since the tender process has been stayed by this Court by an order passed in the connected writ petition, the applicant is a necessary party and, therefore, deserves to be impleaded in this case.
Mr. Borah submits that he would have no objection if the prayer for impleadment is allowed.
In view of the above and considering the statements made in the interlocutory application, the prayer stands allowed.
The applicant is hereby impleaded as respondent No.5 in the connected writ petition. Registry to make necessary endorsement in the cause-title of the writ petition. Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
