Heard Mr. G. Gowsami, learned counsel for the applicant.
It is submitted that by order dated 18.12.2019, this Court had directed the applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.19,48,306/- before the Registry of this Court. By referring to the annexure-2 series filed in this application, it is projected that the administrative approval of the authorities have been received for depositing the sum as directed by order dated 18.12.2019. It is further submitted that without observing the formalities, it was not possible for the applicant to make such deposit. Hence, the applicant seeks extension of time to make such deposit.
The said prayer is considered and allowed.
The time granted for depositing the sum of Rs.19,48,306/- stands extended till 22.01.2020 keeping into account that this Court would be on Bihu holidays in the 3rd week of January, 2020.
This application stands disposed of.
