Heard Ms. R. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicants.
This application has been filed for impleading Mr. Pritom Saikia, Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Education (Secondary) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6, as respondent No.4 in the pending contempt petition as his presence is necessary for effective compliance of this Court's order.
In view of the above prayer, the present application is allowed.
Accordingly, Mr. Pritom Saikia, Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam,
Education (Secondary) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6, may be impleaded as respondent No.4 in the contempt petition.
