Heard Mr. M. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner. Also heard Ms. Rongpipi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3.
This application is for listing of the writ petition in the part-1 hearing list.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner that the matter has been pending since 2015 and it is concerning non-payment of pensionary benefits.
There is no objection on the part of the respondent.
In view of the facts submitted, the prayer made in the application is allowed.
