Heard Mr. V Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. CKS Baruah, learned CGC. Mr. Kumar submits that a fresh cause of action has accrued to the petitioner and as such he sought for withdrawal of this writ petition, however, with a liberty to file it afresh.
Accordingly, prayer is allowed with a liberty to the petitioner to file it afresh if so advised.
