Heard Ms. S. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also Mr. Y. Doloi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 7.
It has been submitted at the bar that the matter is covered by the decision of this Court in WP(C) No.7473/2016.
In view of the above unanimous submission made by the contesting parties, the present petition is disposed of with similar direction to the State respondents to pass to pass appropriate orders for grant of disability pension under the Central Civil Services (Extraordinary Pension) Rules, 1972 on the basis of the medical reports which have been annexed as Annexure-IV to the affidavit filed by the respondent authority, which exercise shall be undertaken within a period of two months from today.
