Heard Mr. M. Sarania, learned counsel for the petitioner; Ms. H. Terangpi, learned counsel for Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) and Mr. S. P. Bhattacharjee, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department, Govt. of Assam.
Mr. Sarania submits that petitioner has been reinstated as Head Master of the school in question. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Writ petition is accordingly closed.
