Though the names of the learned counsel for the petitioner have been reflected in the Cause List, no representation on behalf of the petitioner on call.
Pursuant to the order dated 10.04.2019, Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Standing Counsel, BTC, from the instructions furnished by the Director of Education Department, BTC on 15.05.2019, submits that it is found that the petitioner did not submit any claim for her monthly salary as well as arrear salary in terms of the advertisement issued by the Director of Elementary Education, Assam on 01.02.2012 in the Office of the Block Elementary Education Officer Udalguri.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
