The appellant is personally present.
The respondent Insurance Company is represented by their officers.
A settlement has been arrived at between the appellant and the Insurance Company. The parties have settled the matter with an agreement to enhance the award given by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonitpur, Tezpur, in MAC Case No. 148 of 2012, by another sum of Rs.2,00,000/-.
The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced amount with the MACT, Sonitpur, Tezpur, within 25 days from today, which shall release the same after proper identification. In view of above, the MAC Appeal stands disposed of.
