Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Addl. p.p., Assam for the State respondent.
The present petition under Section 482 CrPC was preferred for quashing the FIR dated 20.12.2013, pertaining to G.R. Case No.285/2013 (Jonai P.S. Case No.209/2013), u/s.406 IPC.
None of the respondents turn up before the Court except the learned counsel for the State respondent.
Today on instruction, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam has submitted that the case has already been ended at final report on 30.01.2014, vide F.R. No.6/2014 and both the parties have also submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made before this Court, the petition stands disposed of on being infructuous.
