Heard the learned counsels for both the parties.
As the appeal is admitted for hearing against the judgment and conviction of the accused person in connection with Special Sessions (POCSO) Case No.9/2017, whereby the accused has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 3 years with a fine of Rs.5000/- in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months, u/s.8 of the POCSO Act and to undergo rigorous imprisonment for another year for the offence u/s.448 of the IPC, the appellant is allowed to remain on previous bail, till disposal of the appeal.
The I.A. stands disposed of.
