The present application has been filed for renaming of respondent Nos.1 & 2, after their names have been changed and accordingly, the Department has been renamed as Skill Employment and Entrepreneurship Department.
In that view, the present application is allowed. The name of the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 will be changed in terms of the application, allowed today.
Registry to make necessary correction.
Mr. S. P. Das, learned standing counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2, & 3.
The petitioner is to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 4 by registered post with A/D card within three days.
