Learned counsel fairly submits that he has no objection in the event of condoning the delay of one day.

Considering the same and after satisfying with the grounds shown in the application the delay of one day is condoned.

Accordingly this petition is allowed with a direction to the Registry to register the connected RFA and list the same for admission on 15.5.2019.
