Though, the name of the learned counsels for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 are shown in the cause-list, none has appeared.
The learned counsel for the applicant Ms. Mishra has referred to the Paragraph-3 of the petition and explained the delay of 11 days which has occurred in the present case.
After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the grounds, this Court is of the opinion that the delay has been sufficiently explained and accordingly, the same is condoned.
