Heard Mr. M. H. Rajbarbhuiyan, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. A. H. M. R. Choudhury, the learned counsel for the respondent.

This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with a prayer for condonation of 15 days delay in filing the connected second appeal.

Mr. Choudhury fairly submits that he has no objection in condoning the said delay. Considering the ground and being satisfied with the same and the submission of the counsel for the respondent, the said delay of 15 days is condoned.

This application stands disposed of with a further direction to register the connected second appeal and list for hearing under Order XLI Rule 11 of the CPC on 12.06.2019.
