This is an application for substitution of the 3(three) applicants herein as the legal representatives of Sunity Saxena (dead), who is the respondent No. 6 in the connected WP(C) No. 5866/2013. It is submitted that the said party had died on 02.09.2017. As the said prayer made in this application has not been objected to, this application stands allowed. Accordingly, the applicants herein, i.e. 1. Saroj Kumar Saxena @ Munna Saxena, 2. Raj Saxena and 3. Sarita Mandal @ Sarita Saxena are impleaded as respondent Nos. 6(1), 6(2) and 6(3) respectively in the connected WP(C) 5866/2013.
