Heard Mr. A. Ikbal, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. B. Sharma, the learned counsel for the respondents.
This is an application under Order XLI Rule 3(A) of the CPC read with Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 3 days in filing the connected appeal.
Ms. Sharma fairly submits that she has no objection against the condonation of said delay.
Considering the same and being satisfied with the grounds the delay of 3 days is condoned.
This petition is accordingly disposed of and allowed.
