Heard Mr. H. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. N. Upadhayay, learned standing counsel for the Irrigation Department.
The present application has been filed for correcting a typographical error which has crept in the order dated 15.02.2019 passed in WP (C) 967/2019.
In para No. 2 of the aforesaid order, it has been typed as follows:
“Thereafter, she was promoted to the posts of Junior Assistant in the said Division on 31.07.2018”.
It has submitted that the date of promotion is 31.07.2008.
In view of the above, the aforesaid sentence will be replaced by the following:
“Thereafter, she was promoted to the post of Junior Assistant in the said Division on 31.07.2008.”
Accordingly, the present I.A. is closed with the above corrections.
