Pursuant to the order dated passed on 18.01.2019 in I.A.(C) No. 135/2019.
The prayer of the applicant is not objected to by Mr. A. J. Saikia, learned counsel for the opposite party.
In view of above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount
